MESOSCOPE designs super low leakage tip holders for collecting precisely and reliable data. MESOSCOPE designs two types of tip holder for meeting different restriction. All tip holders are available to choose Co-axial and Tri-axial cable.

MESOSCOPE designs low leakage tip holder for carrying probe tips.
The function of tip holder is for DC measurement on optical microscope prober station.

Positioner: Precisely adjust X, Y, Z axis movement via twist the knob.

Tip Arm: Variety tip arms for avoiding any influence from prober station and provide roughly adjustment.

Tip Holder: low leakage tip holder with two major design for different application.
